I want to be sure I receive my order and shipping information

Our system sends out notifications upon order confirmation as well as any status changes to your order. Also, we notify you when you first create your online account and whenever you wish to reset your password. We advise our customers to check their spam folders as some emails might have been marked as such by your email service. It is important that you mark our emails as "Not Spam" so that subsequent emails may reach your inbox correctly.

What countries do you ship to ?

Currently we ship to the US only !! We may consider extending our operation globally in the future.. if you have friends in the US, you can always ship to their address and just come for a visit ;-) it's lovely here in the USA.

What does order status 'Awaiting fulfillment' mean ?

If your order status is 'Awaiting fulfillment', we have received your order and payment has been received successfully. This also means that our dedicated staff is preparing your order for shipment (during business hours) and a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order is ready to ship. Please note that depending on order size and items availability, some orders may take longer to ship.

Can I check my shipment tracking online ?

Yes, you will receive the shipment tracking number via email and you can also check for it on your order details section in your account. We will provide you with a link to our shipment handling provider and you can copy and paste your tracking number to check the status. Please note that shipment details may take some time to become available online (varies by courier).

I see "PayPal" as form of payment but used a credit card, is this correct ?

Yes, we chose paypal to be our payment gateway for all forms of payment available on the site (including major credit cards). Paypal is the most secure form of payment online today and have extended their services to support the major credit companies. For now, our system will mark the form of payment based on the Payment Gateway that is used (hence paypal).

When is the next mystery box coming ?

Like a glimpse of a rainbow, the sparkling tail of the shooting star, or the beautiful but fleeting glow of the firefly....the Mystery Boxes come unexpectedly and are wonderful to enjoy for the brief moment that we are lucky enough to catch them --- and then they are suddenly gone. Oh yes there will be more Mystery Boxes, but none can predict their next appearance !!!

How can I become an Affiliate of your store ?

We are very happy with the many requests we've been receiving from those who wish to become affiliates of our growing online business. Please refer to our contact page and send a request to become an affiliate.. We have an exciting reward program that we would love to share with all future affiliates.

Can I contact customer service for questions by phone ?

Yes, although our staff is usually overloaded with calls and tries to manage messages in the order they come in. We STRONGLY recommend sending an online message from your account, this way you can always refer back to the conversation at your convenience and keep track of progress.

If I order many items, do I get a break on shipping costs ?

We already thought about that.. and so we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Our standard shipping and handling fee comes to only $6.99 total and we charge $1 dollar for each additional item.

Can I send feedback on products or deals that I purchased ?

Yes, in fact we encourage all of our customers to do so. We want our site to have as much information about our products for our customers. We encourage reviewers to give an objective review of the product and or the deal they got, and we won't reject strong critic as long as it is done in non offensive manner. Of course we always like to hear that you "loved the items you bought and strongly recommend the deal to others" ;-)
